preparing Arabian coffee

"Arabic coffee" is a general name that refers to the way coffee is prepared in many Arab countries throughout the Middle East. Arabic coffee is prepared in two way, one with cardamom and the other is plain which is called “Qahwaa saada”. In this essay I am going to write about how to prepare Arabic coffee.

First, the ingredient must be brought which are water, coffee beans and cardamom. Second, coffee beans and cardamom are crushed to be soft. Third, a pot is brought and water is boiled into it. Third, the soft coffee is added to get the coffee liquid. Then, the soft cardamom is added into the Dallah after that the liquid is added also into the Dallah. Finally, the Arabian coffee is ready to be drunk just some cups are needed.

Ritual of coffee serving is still carried out with immense care, and is still a great gesture of welcoming. At special occasions, or even just during visits from neighbors, coffee is very much a part of socializing. Upon finishing a cup of coffee, the guests usually return the kind gesture from their host by saying the following kind words: "fi sehtuk" ("to your health")
